At SILVER WEAR | Women’s Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, we're here to assist you. Below, you'll find the details regarding our return, refund, and exchange process.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We require photos or videos of the damaged product along with your order number to resolve the issue. Once verified, we will either offer a replacement or process a refund, depending on the situation.
2. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Kindly provide photos of the items you received, and we will work with our supplier to correct the issue by either resending the correct item or issuing a refund.
3. Change of Mind & Non-Defective Products
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items due to a change of mind, or for issues such as wrong size or color, unless the item is damaged or defective. Please make sure to carefully check the product details and sizing chart before making a purchase.
4. Self-Serve Returns for Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you can request a return either by contacting us directly or by using our self-serve returns portal.

Through the portal, you can:
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Provide a reason for the return (e.g., damaged or defective)
- Follow the instructions to generate a return shipping label and additional return details

Please note: Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. We are unable to process returns for any other reasons, such as a change of mind or incorrect size/color.
5. Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover handling, processing, and restocking costs.
6. Returns Process
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be sent to the address provided by our team, and the item must be in unworn, unused condition with all tags attached. Since we work with suppliers based in China, please allow extra time for returns to be processed and shipped back to the supplier.
7. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable). Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. Please note the following:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping may be covered by us, depending on the situation. Customers will still be responsible for packing the item and arranging for its return shipment via a carrier of their choice (e.g., USPS, UPS, or another service). Please contact us for further details on return shipping coverage.
8. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges for products. If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item (if applicable) and place a new order.
9. Final Sale Items
At this time, we do not offer any final sale items. However, certain products or collections may be marked as final sale in the future and will not be eligible for return or refund. We will clearly communicate any such items when they become available.
10. Shipping Times & Delays
As we utilize drop shipping to fulfill orders, shipping times can vary depending on the supplier. Please allow 7-15 business days for delivery, and be aware that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays or high demand during holidays.
11. Additional Notes
We aim to respond to all return and refund requests as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to review your case.
